Armenia Promised Associate EU Membership

Most likely, negotiations with Armenia on associate membership to the European Union will begin soon, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby stated in his interview to Russian daily Vremia Novostey.
He said that the process will continue irrespective of the fact whether the border with Turkey is opened or not.
