The paper refers to a recent report by Regnum news agency which claimed that the Union of Armenians of Russia is going to spend $90 million for the recognition of Abkhazia and South Ossetia's independence.

It says it has learned that the Union has denied the report, accusing Regnum of publicizing unverified information.

"We have to remind the Regnum's administration that this is not the first time their agency is publicizing unverified and untrue report, referring to the Union of Armenians of Russia," read the union statement.
