Karabakh peace talks format not to change by September – Manoyan

The format of the Nagorno Karabakh peace talks is not going to change by September, a senior representative of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation – Dashnaksutyun's (ARF-D) has said.
"The format may change in case Karbakh becomes a party to the talks. But I don't think such possibility would be realistic unless the authorities adopt a stance that will bind the mediators," Giro Manoyan, the head of ARF-D's Hay Dat office told reporters on Monday.
Manoyan noted further that the Constitution of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic (RPA) does not enshrine the country's current borders as legal borders.
"We do not even know what we will get in return of what we promised to give," he added.
