The registration of limited liability companies will now take businessmen no more than 9.41 minutes, a deputy minister of justice has said.

At a news conference on Wednesday, Aram Orbelyan said that individuals seeking to register their businesses will no longer have to look for friends or other close people to facilitate procedures.

“All they have to do is to go to the State Register,” he said.

Addressing other reforms in the justice sector, Orbelyan referred particularly to the new procedures of organizing notary publics’ qualification exams.

“The entire process was organized online; people were able to follow it through the websites,” he said, adding that they have plans to hire notaries knowing Russian, Persian and English.
