Haykakan Zhamanak: Government’s program circulated among Republicans

The paper says the 2012-2017 action program of the Armenian government is already being circulated in the narrow circles of the Republican Party of Armenia.
The paper says the program contains beautifully written “ideas” saying nothing, with random concrete figures seeming funny. For instance, the government intends to work hard for 5 years to make the minimal salary in Armenia 80 000 drams and the average pension 70 000.
According to the paper, the new program has an unprecedented chapter – “External risks of the implementation of the government’s program”. The paper says the former program has not contained such thing. In other words the government may not implement even this empty program blaming “external risks”. The 2008-2012 program was not implemented grounded by it.
