Four people have been arrested over the incident at the Harsnaqar restaurant, head of the press service department of the police Ashot Aharonyan told Tert.am.

The latter said besides Garik Martirosyan, other three people – a security guard, a waiter and manager of the restaurant have been arrested.

Aharonyan said all the victims have been questioned except Vahe Avetyan, who is unable to give testimonies being in extremely grave condition.

A big scuffle on June 17 on the territory of Harsnaqar restaurant belonging to MP Ruben Hayrapetyan left mayor Vahe Avetyan, the head of the ENT Department at the Yerevan Garrison Hospital, in extremely critical condition.

After a surgery on Monday, he fell into coma. Doctors estimate his condition critical. Two other doctors of the hospital received different injuries.

On June 20 the Police issued a statement, saying everything will be done for unbiased investigation of the case.

Earlier that day owner of the restaurant, Chairman of the Armenian Football Federation Ruben Hayrapetyan made a statement saying he will do everything in order the guilty are punished at their worth.
