Prosperous Armenia spokesman avoids commenting on ANC’s assessments

Spokesman for the Prosperous Armenia party (PAP) Tigran Urikhanyan refused to comment on the statements voiced at the yesterday’s rally of the Armenian National Congress (ANC).

 

“It is necessary to be restricted and delicate while commenting on what happens at rallies,” he told Tert.am, asked whether the PAP shares the assessment voiced yesterday by the ANC leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan that the Republican party is doing everything to abort ANC-PAP cooperation.

 

Asked whether it means that Urikhanyan considers the voiced assessments not serious, the latter said, “No, it does not mean anything. That is the reason why I abstain from commenting to avoid these sub questions as I clearly understand what the media wants to say by giving them.”
