Hraparak: Vitaly Balasanyan sponsored by Armenia’s second president

Citing its Karabakh sources, the paper says that though presidential candidate Vitaly Balasanyan has been withdrawn from the Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsutyun (ARF-D) and has lost its support, he has a stronger sponsor on behalf of Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharyan.
The paper says he backs Balasanyan’s candidacy expecting his support in future.
