Hraparak: Artashes Geghamyan’s delegation heads to Monaco

Parliamentary delegation headed by Artashes Geghamyan is for the first time going to attend OCSE PA plenary session scheduled in Monaco July 5-9.
The paper says giving Geghamyan a stage in Monaco is quite interesting as a report by Abramike from Latvia includes a separate provision on territorial integrity. The clause is against Russia though it will relate to Karabakh as well.
The paper says Geghamyan should combine the pleasant and the useful being able to include the self-determination thesis and non-usage of force in the to-be-adopted resolution. The paper says the time will show whether Geghamyan will be able to voice thunderous speeches in other platforms just like he does it in the Armenian parliament.
