Davit Shahnazaryan is another public figure who has expressed his disagreement toward the political course adopted by the Armenian National Congress (ANC), Heritage party member Styopa Safaryan said speaking to Tert.am, commenting on the news about withdrawal of Davit Shahnazaryan from the ANC.
“The decomposition of the ANC will not stop as the Congress has been created to pursue quite other goals while now it serves to quite others,” Styopa Safaryan said.
Two parties – Republic and Armenia’s Liberal – have recently left the opposition bloc agreed with ANC’s domestic and external policies.
After the losses Congress stated that they stay strong and wished success to those who left them.
“ANC may state that it becomes stronger, it does not become weak nevertheless the proof of the ANC’s decomposition was the quantity of votes it has got at the elections,” Styopa Safaryan said.
