Top nine films to watch at Golden Apricot film festival, according to Tert.am (photos)

The biggest film event – Golden Apricot Yerevan international film festival kicks off on July 8. This year the festival has received 1250 applications from more than seventy countries, out of which 70 have been selected.
The films will be shown in feature, documentary, Apricot Stone (short films) and Armenian panorama programs. There will also be retrospective and special programs.
Tert.am has formed the list of top nine foreign films to guide the Armenian film lovers in the huge number of films. The chosen films are considered classical and can be watched in Armenia only on the days of Golden Apricot festival July 8-15. The schedule of the presented films is available on http://www.gaiff.am/am/schedule/.
The nine films worthy to be seen, according to Tert.am, are – The Kid with a Bike (Belgium, France, Italy, 2011), In the Fog (Germany, Russia, Latvia, the Netherlands, Belarus, 2012), The Minister (France, 2011), Passion according Andrei (Andrei Rublev) (Russia, 1966), The Spirit of Beehive (Spain, 1973), Michelangelo Eye to Eye (Italy, 2004), Death in Venice (Italy, France, 1971), The Tin Drum (Germany, Serbia, Poland, France, 1979), “Love” (Germany, France 2012).
