Citing its well-aware sources, the paper says ex transport and communication minister Manuk Vardanyan has appeared in President Serzh Sargsyan’s black list.

The paper says the reason is the failure of North-South road program and inefficient spending of the money allocated for it. The paper says the issue is rather serious as the program is being implemented funded from outside while today the authorities are facing issues of getting funds from abroad.

According to Zhoghovurd, that is the reason why Serzh Sargsyan has not included Manuk Vardanyan in cabinet, neither allowed him to enter the parliament.

The paper says the president has instructed the new minister Gagik Beglaryan to present plan-project in short period of time. The paper failed to get any comment from Manuk Vardanyan. He is said to be abroad.
