Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian received on Tuesday Eleni Theocharous, a European Parliament member, Hans Juergen Zahorka, an ex-member of the European Parliament and Mr Michael Kambeck, Secretary General, EuFoA Secretary General, European Friends of Armenia (EuFoA).

Minister Nalbandian expressed his satisfaction with the Armenia-EU cooperation, stressing the importance of parliamentary cooperation for bilateral cooperation.

The Armenian FM also expressed his appreciation of the long-lasting humanitarian aid to Armenia, as well as Ms Eleni Theocharous’ consistency in dealing with issues of paramount importance for Armenia. The Armenian FM welcomed the European MPs involvement in the monitoring mission in the presidential election in Nagorno-Karabakh, which is the best opportunity to get first-hand information.

Minister Nalbandian informed the guests of the latest development in the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process.
