The Union for Information Technology Enterprises has expressed concerns over the Syrian crisis that may place the local Armenians in serious jeopardy.
Considering that the Syrian-Armenian community has specialists and engineers working in the HighTech, IT and the telecommunication sectors, the company has decided to offer them jobs in Armenia. To that end, it has expressed willingness to inform the Armenian IT and HighTech companies about those specialists to promote their employment opportunities in their homeland.
The company says in a press release that it has asked the Ministries of Diaspora, and Foreign Affairs to notify the Syrian-Armenian specialists of the proposal through the Armenian embassy, church organizations and community representations.
Those interested in the proposal are requested to send their data electronically to info@uite.org.
