Armenian higher school rector to back incumbent president

Rector of Yerevan State University of Architecture and Construction (YSUAC) Hovhannes Tokmajyan will support Armenia’s incumbent President Serzh Sargsyan at the 2013 presidential election in the country, despite the fact that “politics is not the higher school’s business.”
He believes the incumbent president’s policy.
As to whether he believes the results of the May 6 parliamentary elections in Armenia, Tokmajyan said that that the quality of elections is gradually improving in Armenia.
“Armenia does not need any shocks. So both the authorities and the opposition must be consolidated for shocks to be prevented in Armenia,” he said.
