The paper claims the Russia-based Armenian businessman, chairman of the Union of Russian Armenians Ara Abrahamyan is facing serious financial issues.
The paper says his financial condition is so bad that he cannot complete the construction of the new Russian Orthodox church launched few years ago in the territory near the Yerevan Lake. The paper reminds that in spring 2010 Russian Patriarch Kirill visited Armenia and participated in the foundation laying ceremony of the church.
