Armenia’s State Economics University to prepare specialists for establishments

Armenia’s State Economics University will start preparing staff for employers from this year on, rector of the university Koryun Atoyan told the reporters today.
He said fom May 2011 the university is cooperating with concrete institutions. “On the basis of cooperation agreements with them we are implementing graduate education programs for preparing specialists for concrete establishments,” he said.
The rector said the university has already signed agreements with government-affiliated State Revenue Committee, Armenian Banks’ Union, Labor and Social Affairs Ministry, Nature Protection Ministry, etc.
The students who will participate in the program will be guaranteed work in the mentioned establishment. “We are preparing staff for labor market, thus we should take into consideration the demands of the market,” Atoyan said. The rector also said that career and marketing center has been established in the university to follow the employment process of its students.
