Armenia’s ArmenTel company offers compensations to clients

The ArmenTel Company (Beeline brand) informs its clients that specialists identified the causes of recent communication failures.
The company took immediate measures to replace all the necessary equipment. ArmenTel will also present relevant reports to the Public Services Regulatory Commission. In cooperation with the commission, the company will analyze the causes and consequences of the failures.
The ArmenTel Company is apologizing to its clients and is ready to offer compensations to Beeline network clients – 30 minutes within the network and 10MB mobile internet to both legal entities and individuals.
From August 16, clients can send a free *444# USSD message and get SMS messages.
The free minutes and MBs can be used from August 17 during the next ten days.
