Haykakan Zhamanak: Real estate prices down in Armenia Jan-May

According to the data released by Armenia’s Real Estate Cadastre, real estate prices kept on falling in Armenia this January-May.
This is far from being in conformity with the “excellent” socio-economic indicators in Armenia.
The price reduction rate was much higher as compared with last January-May. Also, the number of real estate businesses is going down as well.
It is the third year in succession that real estate prices have shown a decrease in Armenia.
