16-year-old daughter of Armenian ex-official in critical state

The state of health of Diana Sirunyan, 16-year-old daughter of Suren Sirunyan, remains critical.

41-year-old Suren Sirunyan, ex-chief of the security guard of Armenia’s ex-minister of the interior Vano Siradeghyan, died suddenly of a heart attack on Saturday.

A source at the intensive care unit, Armenia medical center, informed Tert.am that the girl has multiple injuries. “She had emergency surgery, but her state remains critical,” the source said.

On learning about her father’s sudden death, the girl attempted suicide by jumping out of the window on the 5th floor.
