Raffi Hovannisian may theoretically become Armenia’s fourth president

If leader of Heritage party Raffi Hovannisian stays active till 2018 in the political field and runs for 2018 presidency he theoretically has chances to become the fourth president of the republic, Republican party’s spokesperson Eduard Sharmazanov told Tert.am.

 

The response came after deputy leader of Heritage party Armen Martirosyan, speaking about yesterday’s meeting of Raffi Hovannisian and Serzh Sargsyan, described it as meeting of 3d and 4th presidents of the republic.
