Artsakh president hails effectively developing cooperation with Armenia

President of the Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic Bako Sahakyan on Saturday received Armenian Defense Minister Vigen Sargsyan and Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan to discuss the bilateral cooperation agenda.

According to an official press release by the NKR Presidential Administration, a range of issues related to the army-building and cooperation with the Yerevan City Hall were on the agenda of the meeting attended also by NKR Defense minister Levon Mnatsakanyan.

Addressing the activities in the defense sector, President Sahakyan highlighted the developing cooperation between the two Armenian republics as a key precondition of maintaining stability in the region.

He thanked Mayor Margaryan and the Yerevan city authorities for their special attention to the Defense Army, capital Stepanakert and Artsakh, highlighting the positive impact of cooperation on the efficient implementation of various projects in the country.,
