Ardshinbank has improved the terms of lending secured by real estate

Ardshinbank has improved the conditions for granting loans secured by real estate. The loan can be obtained on the following conditions:

·    without analyzing the borrower's income

·    up to 80% of the market value of the collateral

·    the loan repayment period is up to 15 years

·    grace period for repayment of the principal amount of the loan up to 24 months

·    possibility of postponing loan repayment for up to 6 months (credit holidays)

·    annual interest rate: from 13.5% in Armenian drams, 11.5% in US dollars, 10.5% in euros

·    annual actual interest rate: 12.9% - 23%

·    in the case of an insurance policy, the interest rate of the loan will be reduced by 1%

·    the loan can be issued at a time or in parts within 1 year

·    preliminary decision on granting a loan is made in 5 minutes.

The Bank offers refinancing of loans secured by real estate in other banks and/or credit institutions without commission and at a reduced interest rate, at the request of the client, it is possible to combine non-performing loans.

The loan can be used by individuals residing in the Republic of Armenia or the Republic of Artsakh who have reached the age of 21, and who are:

·    the owners of real estate and / or

·    borrowers in other banks or credit organizations of the Republic of Armenia and have a sufficient credit history.

It should be noted that Ardshinbank entered 2022 with assets of USD 2 billion, which is about 15% of Armenia's GDP. The bank's equity has exceeded USD 200 million.
