President of Armenia’s Central Bank to chair German-Armenian Fund’s council meeting in Frankfurt

President of the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) Artur Javadyan has left for Frankfurt, Germany, to join the regular session of the monitoring council of the German-Armenian Fund in the status of a chairman.

The council, which works in collaboration with KfW Development Bank, is expected to discuss current joint projects and their possible development at the upcoming meeting, as well as the possible implementation and timeframes of three new renewable energy and apartment-funding (for the development of the mortgage loan market) projects, reports the CBA press service.

The participants will also consider the timeframes of the signing of an agreement for the launch of an already approved agricultural funding project.

Javadyan is also scheduled to visit the bank’s financial technologies lab to discuss possibilities for the creation of a similar infrastructure in Armenia.
