Armenian-Russian-Azerbaijani expert groups hold session in Moscow

The trilateral expert groups, formed based on the results of the  meeting held on the level of Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani  deputy prime ministers earlier this year, have conducted their session in Moscow, an aide to Deputy PM Mher Grigoryan said Monday.

The deputy minister of territorial administration and development and the deputy head of the State Revenue Committee are in charge of each of the groups , Ani Babayan told Tert.am.

“There are two subgroups: one specializing in railway, automobile and pickup transportation and the other – in transport management, including security, border, customs, sanitary, veterinary, phytosanitary and other surveillance,” she said.

Grigoryan and his Russian and Azerbaijani counterparts, Aleksey Overchuk and Shahin Mustafaev, met in the Russian capital on January 30 to discuss possibilities of unblocking economic and transport communication channels subject to the November 9 ceasefire on Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh).
